I had the pleasure of working with Tom at NYU during the 2019-2020 academic year as he led Change Management activities for one of my services going through a transition. Tom came up to speed very quickly and didn’t skip a beat when NYU transitioned to a Telework posture during COVID-19. Most importantly, he delivered his objectives — leading to the successful completion of that phase of the project. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Tom again on future projects.
